The Slovenian Partnership for Energy and Environment in the Defence Sector (SiEnE) and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia (Si MoD) will present a joint Slovenian initiative to strengthen European energy resilience in the defence sector at this year’s SIDEC 2026 International Defence Fair and Conference. The joint presentation will bring together SiEnE Partnership members and exhibitors under the auspices of the Ministry of Defence, showcasing Slovenia’s development capabilities, research and development projects, and concrete solutions.

The central event will be Energy Resilience Day on 11 November, bringing together an international expert panel, international Energy Resilience Pitches, and a meeting of Research, Technology and Innovation (RTI) Directors from the defence ministries of European Defence Agency (EDA) Member States.

The joint MORS and SiEnE exhibition stand in Hall L, Stand 7 will serve throughout the event as the central meeting point for presenting the initiative, strategic priorities, development projects and solutions, as well as for connecting SiEnE Partnership members, exhibitors and international partners.
