Purpose of data collection and processing
Data voluntarily provided by individuals during the process of obtaining the status of a registered user of TECES web portals are collected to access the restricted section of the information portal, where documents not available to the general public are located.
Access to certain content of TECES informational websites is only available to certain groups of registered users, with the basis for determining user access rights to specific content being the obtained username.

What: Every time you visit websites under TECES, log files of the web server (e.g., IP address – a number that identifies an individual computer or other device on the Internet) are automatically stored on the web server. The World Wide Web operates in such a way that certain data about website visits, such as IP address, browser version, time of visit, etc., are recorded on the web server hosting the website.
TECES does not process such collected data separately and does not link them with other data.
Why: The purpose of these procedures is to ensure the security of the network and information, i.e., to enable the detection and prevention of unauthorized accesses that could compromise the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal data and the security of related services accessible through these networks and systems.
Legal basis: Such processing is necessary for the performance of tasks carried out by the TECES administrator.
Duration: Data is stored for 30 days from the website visit.

What: When subscribing to TECES e-newsletters, in addition to your IP address, your email address (e-mail) provided in the web form and the date and time of registration are processed.
Why: TECES processes this data exclusively for informing about novelties in the selected field.
Duration: Your email data is stored until you unsubscribe from the email notification service. You can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time by clicking on the designated unsubscribe link in the received email.
Legal basis: Personal data (email address) is processed based on the individual's valid consent. By filling out the subscription form for e-newsletters, you agree that TECES can use your email address to inform you about novelties in the selected field and that you are aware that you can unsubscribe from the system at any time by clicking on the designated unsubscribe link in the received email.
If you do not consent to this, TECES will not send notifications to your email address, nor will it collect or process your email address. TECES uses a system of prior approval of email address usage for newsletter subscriptions (opt-in), which means that it only sends emails to individuals who explicitly consent to receiving electronic notifications
